Here is a very quick SEO tip for putting together your website. And it’s a very frequent oversite that I see from business owners every day.
Think about your menu structure. Often when you are focused on the important factors of color, graphics, and other aspects of your website – you forget that using descriptive words can make all the difference.
Instead of Home – Products – Services – About Us for your pages on your site (and your menus) – use words that actually describe your products or services.
For example, if you are a pet groomer, why not use “Pet Grooming” as one of your menu items? Or even better “Pet Grooming Dallas”? Now Google and the other search engines know exactly what your website is about and you can be indexed for the keywords used by your ideal customer.
